Senior SDET

We are seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our dynamic team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA automation and a passion for ensuring the highest quality in software products. As a Senior SDET, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing automated testing frameworks and strategies to enhance our software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Java, and Python. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans. - Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement. - Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality. - Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Mentor junior team members and share best practices in QA automation. Required Skills: - Proven experience as an SDET or in a similar QA automation role. - Strong proficiency in automation tools, particularly Selenium. - Solid programming skills in Java and Python. - Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
