Senior / Section Manager, Manufacturing Engineering, Photo

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise the personnel in the Photo Department to carry out production according to the production plan.
• Lead the improvement of site working environment and working methods.
• Supervise the normal operation of affiliated personnel.
• Use of human resources in class (organize planning, assessment, incentive training).
• Production discipline maintenance.
• Ensure the management of WIP.
• Leading machine utilization and productivity improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Photo Manufacturing (Semiconductor industry)
• Min 3 years’ experience in managerial role with reporting staff
• Good factory knowledge eg relationship between line move, cycle time and customer delivery
• Proven track record in meeting Fab delivery KPI
• Highly driven, motivated and resourceful
• Strong team player
• Good communication skill and good data analytic skill and Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint software
