Senior/Section Manager, Production Control
Job Description:
- Plan and prepare the factory’s annual production objectives.
- Develop monthly production control plans and consolidate production results.
- Supervise the planning and execution of daily production schedules, including forecasting and performance verification.
- Coordinate with manufacturing departments to achieve production plans and meet delivery deadlines.
- Evaluate production performance indicators and drive related departments to implement improvement actions.
- Responsible for team training and development planning, as well as performance appraisal and evaluation.
- Promote intelligent management practices to enhance organizational core capabilities and operational efficiency.
- Output Crisis Management & Contingency Planning
- Cross-site production and support coordination
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, or Engineering related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing and production management; at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated leadership capability in managing cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of accountability, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
