Senior Security Analyst - Certificate Lifecycle Management and PKI

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Operate and support enterprise PKI and certificate lifecycle management platforms across production and non-production environments.
• Manage certificate issuance, renewal, validation, and related service requests within established service-level agreements.
• Monitor platform health and certificate status to prevent expiration events and maintain high service availability.
• Collaborate with PKI engineering teams on patching, upgrades, remediation, validation, automation, scalability, and operational stability.
• Investigate and resolve certificate and PKI incidents, document findings, and drive continuous improvements to reduce repetitive manual work.

Skills Required:

• 5 - 8 years of experience in PKI, certificate lifecycle management, or security operations.
• Hands-on experience supporting Public Key Infrastructure and enterprise certificate lifecycle management services.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PKI environments and certificate operations.
• Experience administering or supporting Venafi Trust Protection Platform and related PKI infrastructure.
• Ability to troubleshoot certificate issuance, renewal, validation, and platform availability issues in an operational support environment.

Good to Have:

• Operational support experience in a roster-based shift model.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline preferred.
