Senior Security Automation Engineer at BairesDev
As a Senior Security Automation Engineer, you will drive the integration of security controls and threat modeling into our engineering ecosystem. You will act as a key driver for automating security workflows, ensuring that scalable defenses and robust monitoring are embedded throughout the development lifecycle.
What You'll Do:
- Design, build, and maintain automated security testing and monitoring workflows to streamline threat detection and response.
- Perform threat modeling and security architecture assessments to proactively identify and mitigate infrastructure risks.
- Oversee vulnerability management processes and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure a secure software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Implement and optimize robust platform security measures, including identity management and encryption standards.
- Develop automated systems to detect, triage, and respond to security incidents and compliance anomalies in real time.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in Security Engineering, Security Automation, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python scripting and building security automation workflows.
- Proven expertise in threat modeling, vulnerability management, and secure SDLC.
- Solid understanding of cloud and container security, IAM, and encryption.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
