You will own the PCI certification portfolio for the Payments Solution, maintain certification inventories, track deadlines and re-evaluation windows, coordinate external assessors, guide engineering teams on compliance, maintain assessment documentation, and contribute to payment-security standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead PCI certifications for the Payments Solution
- Maintain an inventory of PCI certifications across hardware, software, and solution-level certifications
- Track expiry dates, re-evaluation windows, and delta certification triggers
- Prepare engineering teams for audit cycles
- Coordinate QSAs and external assessors
- Prepare assessment materials and coordinate interviews
- Guide engineers during vulnerability analysis and threat modeling
- Translate compliance requirements into engineering tasks
- Maintain security documentation for assessments
- Represent Adyen in PCI SSC working groups and industry forums
Requirements
- Expertise in PCI frameworks and standards including PIN/KMO, P2PE, PTS-POI, MPoC, and SSF
- Experience orchestrating complex compliance pipelines
- Technical fluency with hardware and software engineering
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- PCI ISA certification is advantageous
