Responsibilities
- Define and build the long‑term vision for Grow's data security infrastructure.
- Build automated data classification and tagging pipelines to propagate sensitivity tags through data lineage.
- Implement field‑level dynamic masking, tokenization, and redaction to control internal data usage.
- Secure data connectors and pipelines feeding AI tools, including authentication and authorization.
- Design and ship scalable encryption infrastructure, including application‑layer and envelope encryption.
Requirements
- Hands‑on experience as a data infrastructure engineer writing production code.
- Deep expertise in the data‑security stack (classification, masking, encryption, or key management).
- Proven ability to design data pipelines and perform system design reviews.
- Ability to set strategic direction and execute on a roadmap independently.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical risk to non‑technical and clinical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building security or data infrastructure that supports large‑scale engineering teams.
- Experience securing data paths for AI/ML tooling and adoption.
