About the Role
Handle customer security incident email/phone enquiries (2nd Tier)
Provide 2nd tier support and guide engineer on UTM, IDS, IPS, WAF configuration and troubleshooting
Assist/lead customer the way/direction to investigate on security incidents
Provide suggestions & recommendations advisory for customer to handle security incident
About the Person
Higher Diploma/Degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering
At least one year's working experience in IT Services /OR Information Security
Technical experience in Security Analysis
Knowledge in firewall, IDS/IPS and UTM will be an advantage
Good analytical and interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure
Applicant with less experience will be considered for a junior role
