Senior Security Officer (SSO) – Corporate Security Operations Centre (SOC)
Job Description
Corporate Intelligence & Security Management (CISM) is looking for committed and professional Senior Security Officers to support operations within a Corporate Security Operations Centre (SOC) environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining site security through access control, screening operations, incident management and customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Perform access control duties for staff, visitors and contractors.
Manage visitor registration and contractor access processes.
Support Security Operations Centre (SOC) activities and monitoring functions.
Carry out security escorts when required.
Respond appropriately to incidents, emergencies and security concerns.
Prepare accurate incident reports and daily occurrence documentation.
Enforce site security policies, procedures and safety requirements.
Provide professional customer service to clients, visitors and stakeholders.
Support operational requirements as assigned by supervisors and management.
Requirements
Possess a valid PLRD Security Officer License.
Hold a valid CSSPB certification (Security Screening of Person & Bag Check).
Relevant security experience will be advantageous.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good computer literacy and report writing skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive work attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
Professional appearance and conduct.
Able to perform rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays when rostered.
