Senior Security Project Manager – Brussels | On-site
We are looking for an experienced Senior Security Project Manager to lead security-focused projects in a highly sensitive environment.
Location: Brussels
Start: 1 December 2026
Duration: 12 months
Commitment: Full-time
Rate: €1,000/day
Work model: 100% on-site — no remote work
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate complex IT security projects from initiation through delivery
- Manage project scope, planning, risks, dependencies and stakeholders
- Apply established project management methodologies and security frameworks
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and provide leadership and coaching
- Ensure alignment with security standards, policies and governance requirements
- Drive Agile/Scrum delivery practices where applicable
- Support security initiatives involving Zero Trust, NIST, SIEM, EDR and PKI
- Ensure high-quality project documentation, reporting and delivery

- 10+ years of proven professional experience

- Knowledge of Windows/Linux environments

Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience
- Belgian nationality
- Existing Top Secret security clearance, or willingness and eligibility to obtain one
- Ability to work 100% on-site in Brussels
- Native-level Dutch or French, with good knowledge of the other national language
- Good working knowledge of English
