As a Senior Security Solutions Engineer, you will help organizations strengthen the security of their digital assets across the rapidly evolving Web3 ecosystem. You will work directly with customers to assess risks, implement security solutions, and develop tailored monitoring strategies. Combining cybersecurity expertise with hands-on technical skills, you will configure platforms, build integrations, and create custom monitoring logic using Python. You will also guide customers through implementation, incident preparedness, and day-to-day security operations. Working closely with internal teams and ecosystem partners, you will help deliver effective solutions aligned with customer needs. n this role, you will partner with customers to design, implement, and optimize security solutions for their Web3 environments. Your responsibilities will include:

• Risk Assessment and Strategy: Analyze customers’ Web3 assets, evaluate their security posture, identify potential vulnerabilities, and recommend appropriate risk monitoring configurations.

• Monitoring and Incident Response: Develop comprehensive monitoring and response strategies that combine preventive controls, threat detection, and incident response planning.

• Customer Collaboration: Maintain regular communication with customers, providing guidance on emerging threats, potential security issues, and changes in the digital asset security landscape.

• Implementation and Configuration: Configure and customize security platforms to meet customer requirements, including creating custom rules, developing integrations, and writing Python scripts for monitoring logic.

• Workflow Integration: Provide hands-on technical support to ensure security solutions integrate smoothly with customers’ existing systems and operational processes.

• Partner Collaboration: Work with technology providers and ecosystem partners to develop joint integrations and solutions tailored to customer environments.

• Training and Enablement: Deliver training sessions and practical guidance to technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, helping them understand and use security tools effectively.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines a strong cybersecurity foundation with practical knowledge of blockchain technologies, scripting, and customer-facing technical delivery. You should be comfortable translating complex security challenges into clear, actionable solutions. Key qualifications include:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• In-depth knowledge of Web3 technologies, decentralized systems, and blockchain security concepts.

• Advanced understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and industry standards relevant to digital assets and blockchain environments.

• Working proficiency in Python for scripting, integrations, and developing custom monitoring logic.

• Demonstrated experience supporting customer-facing engagements, with a strong focus on service quality and customer success.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams, customers, and external partners.
