Align with the bank’s strategic direction to plan customer segment management and business strategies, set business objectives for customer segments, and enhance customer profitability contribution
Formulate corresponding market share expansion and marketing strategies based on segment management strategies and value propositions, execute initiatives, and monitor outcomes to achieve business objectives
Develop concrete business development plans, including but not limited to customer acquisition, cross-selling, up-selling, and retention programs, to nurture high-potential and high-value customer segments through targeted acquisition, development, and consolidation strategies
Collaborate with product managers to enrich product offerings within the brand, deepen service quality, and optimize both brand image and customer experience
Establish end-to-end customer relationship management and services models for each customer segment to strengthen long-term relationships and ensure timely and contextually relevant communication
Define frontline training needs, provide content for training, and establish internal communications
Identify and select various types of commercial organizations/partners to explore collaborative business opportunities
Propose necessary operational resource allocation to management to ensure effective utilization of resources

A minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years within Banking and / or Financial Institution;
A minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years of supervisory and / or management experience;
Familiar with Personal Banking Wealth Management and related Products (including Deposit, Unit Trust, Bonds, Securities, Structured Products, Insurance and Mortgage, etc)
Understand market and competitors practice on Wealth Management and related Products
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Segment Manager
