Senior Server Platform Validation Manager(台北)

1.Responsible for defining and executing system-level validation strategies for next-generation server products and datacenter platforms.
2.Lead interoperability and compatibility validation across mainstream server ecosystems, including Intel / AMD platforms and PCIe / NVMe / CXL related technologies.
3.Collaborate with IC design, firmware, software, hardware, and system teams during early product development stages to identify integration risks and improve validation coverage.
4.Lead Pre-Si validation, FPGA / emulation validation, Post-Si bring-up, and system-level debugging activities.
5.Develop and execute validation plans covering protocol compliance, interoperability, performance, stress, and regression testing scenarios.
6.Debug and analyze system-level issues across hardware, firmware, BIOS, driver, OS, and platform layers; support customer integration and field issue root cause analysis when needed.
7.Establish and improve validation methodologies, automation flow, and future platform validation capabilities.

1.負責次世代 Server 產品與 Datacenter Platform 的系統驗證策略規劃與執行。
2.主導主流 Server Ecosystem 的相容性（Compatibility）與互通性（Interoperability）驗證，包含 Intel / AMD 平台及 PCIe / NVMe / CXL 等相關技術。
3.於產品開發前期與 IC Design、Firmware、Software、Hardware 及 System 團隊合作，提前識別系統整合風險並提升驗證覆蓋率。
4.主導 Pre-Si Validation、FPGA / Emulation 驗證、Post-Si Bring-up 與系統層級除錯相關工作。
5.規劃並執行協定相容性、互通性、效能、壓力測試與 Regression 測試等驗證項目。
6.分析與除錯跨 Hardware、Firmware、BIOS、Driver、OS 與 Platform Layer 的系統問題，必要時支援客戶導入與 Field Issue Root Cause Analysis。
7.建立並優化 Validation Methodology、自動化流程與未來平台驗證能力。
