We're looking for an experienced and highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our front of house team at ROK.

Set in a stunning coastal location overlooking Bracelet Bay, Rok offers a premium dining experience where outstanding food, attentive service and genuine hospitality come together.

We're looking for someone who anticipates a guests needs, has impeccable attention to detail and creates an experience that makes people want to return.

The Role

As Restaurant Supervisor, you'll work closely with our management team to maintain the high standards of service that define Rok.

This is a hands on, guest facing role, suited to someone who is as comfortable delivering exceptional table service as they are leading and developing a team.

About You

• Proven experience in a high quality, premium or fine dining restaurant environment.

• An exceptional server, with strong technical service skills and a genuine understanding of premium hospitality.

• Confident, polished and personable, with a natural ability to engage with guests.

• Excellent attention to detail and consistently high personal standards.

• Strong food and beverage knowledge.

• A natural leader who inspires others through their own standards and approach.

• Calm, organised and professional, even during the busiest services.

• Passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences.
