We're looking for a hard-working person to join us as a Senior Boiler Technician in our Service Department! Our Boiler Technician seamlessly installs technical HVAC systems and expertly navigates intricate control setups. Repair experience and skills in proactively troubleshooting complex hydronics/boilers are an asset.

Earn a competitive wage of $42 - $48 per hour, depending on skill level and experience.

STABLE, FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE

OUR IDEAL SERVICE BOILER INSTALLER:

We're looking for someone who meets these qualifications:

• 8-10 years of commercial, residential, or custom home hydronics experience
• Journeyperson Ticket
• Tech-savvy with iPads and texting apps, experience using Service Titan is an asset
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision
• Positive attitude and excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with customer-facing service, sales experience is an asset
• Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record
• Attention to detail and a motivation to produce high-quality work

And who can manage these responsibilities:

• Install and oversee quality control of residential and commercial hydronic/boiler systems. Repair and maintenance experience is an asset (including burner tuning, cleaning, and replacing worn-out components)
• Supervise the install team and ensure job efficiency
• Test and calibrate controls, safety devices, and system components
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
• Work with hydronic and steam heating systems, including pumps, expansion tanks, and piping
• Provide excellent customer service, explaining issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations
• Assist technicians during service calls
• Support technicians by attending and overseeing any warranty calls
• Maintain accurate service records, including work performed, parts used, and follow-up actions
• Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines while on job sites
