Senior Service Desk Analyst
Salary: $90 - $110 Phr Inc Super - Weekly Pay Options
- 6 + 6 month contract

Our client, a large Federal Government agency enabling a productive economy, enriched by science and technology, for all Australians are looking for a Lead Service Desk Analyst
Duties of the Lead Service Desk Analyst:
- Lead, coordinate and develop a frontline Service Desk team, setting clear priorities, expectations and service standards
- Exercise sound judgement to manage escalations, competing priorities and operational risks, making timely decisions within delegated authority
- Analyse service performance, workload and SLA trends, and implement corrective actions to improve service quality and efficiency
- Provide authoritative advice and lead the resolution of complex or sensitive ICT incidents and service requests
- Apply and build technical expertise across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and end-user hardware and software to guide troubleshooting, strengthen team capability and improve service outcomes
Skills and Experience Required
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing an ICT service or support team
- Strong judgement and analytical capability, including the ability to manage complex issues, operational risks and competing priorities
- Demonstrated accountability for delivering quality outcomes and improving service performance
- Ability to build productive stakeholder relationships and communicate complex technical or operational information with influence
- Demonstrated technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), end-user computing environments, and hardware and software troubleshooting
