Senior Service Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Service Engineer to join our team in West Bengal. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in industrial instrumentation and process control, with a strong background in field service. This role involves the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial instruments and control systems. The Senior Service Engineer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer-site service and field troubleshooting, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and effectively. Candidates with experience in process industries, manufacturing plants, EPC companies, system integrators, or industrial automation companies will be preferred. The successful candidate must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate a willingness to travel to customer sites as needed. Key responsibilities include managing the entire service team, mentoring and supporting junior team members, and providing training to enhance their technical skills and performance. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role. A Diploma or B.E./B. Tech in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical discipline is required. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and other documentation required for service is also necessary.
