Senior / Service Engineer
Summary
On-site installation, troubleshooting, and repair of semiconductor pick-and-place equipment; leads upgrades and maintenance while liaising with customers to resolve technical issues.
Job Description
- On-site equipment installation, diagnoses, troubleshooting, service & repair of Pick and Place equipment for Advanced Packaging;
- Lead continual equipment improvement programmes, upgrades, preventive maintenance, overhaul, modifications and repair works;
- Liaison with customer on technical matters, responds to complaints, provides time to solutions to resolve customers’ issues for assigned projects;
- Monitors & report the performance of the product, provide regular update and feedback on customer’s service requests;
- Support in-house applications development, customers samples evaluation and on-site benchmarking exercise.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or its equivalent;
- Semiconductor Pick & Place equipment and Epoxy process knowledge;
- Strong communication and good interpersonal skills;
- A meticulous, organized and resourceful team player;
- A highly motivated individual who works independently with little supervision;
- Able to work in cleanroom environment at customer site;
- May required to work or on standby after office hours, weekends and public holidays;
- Frequent travellings are required;
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
