Senior ServiceNow Business Process Consultant

- Act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams translating business requirements into clear ServiceNow solutions
- Support clients in process analysis optimization and documentation in alignment with ServiceNow best practices
- Conduct workshops interviews and requirement-gathering sessions with business users
- Assist in building user stories acceptance criteria and process flows within Agile / SAFe delivery
- Provide functional expertise across ServiceNow modules depending on project needs
- Participate in testing UAT support and training sessions to ensure adoption and user enablement
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst Process Consultant or Functional Consultant in ServiceNow projects
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
- Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments
- Ability to create process documentation workflows and requirement specifications
- Strong communication and facilitation skills for client-facing workshops
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ServiceNow platform at functional/consulting level
- Ability to quickly understand the clients’ industry
- Fluent in English
- Exposure to other modules like HR or SPM
- Configuration knowledge of ServiceNow platform
- German language skills
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator ITSM Implementation Specialist
- ITIL 4 Foundation or similar certification
- Experience in change management training or adoption support
- Previous consulting experience in an international environment
