Senior ServiceNow Developer
- Implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions including system configuration and custom feature development
- Provision of advanced technical consulting and support quality assurance activities
- Ensuring adherence to implementation standards and technical best practices
- Offering deep expertise on technical questions related to the ServiceNow platform
- Understanding complex business needs and helping standardize processes in design and deliverables
- Technical leadership of a small development team delivering high-quality solutions
- Minimum of four years of experience in ServiceNow development
- Expertise with at least one ServiceNow module
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Excellent command of English
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with several ServiceNow modules
- Additional certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
- Knowledge of German
