Job Description

We are looking for experienced Senior ServiceNow Developers with 810 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, administration, customization, and IT Service Management (ITSM) for freelance, part-time project support.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications.
• Implement and manage ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• Develop workflows, Flow Designer automations, and business rules.
• Customize ServiceNow forms, tables, UI policies, and client scripts.
• Develop Script Includes, UI Actions, and Business Rules using JavaScript.
• Build and maintain REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Work with Service Catalog, Service Portal, and Knowledge Management.
• Configure user roles, groups, access controls, and security policies.
• Perform ServiceNow upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Implement integrations with third-party applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Provide technical support for ongoing ServiceNow projects.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in ServiceNow Development and Administration.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM modules Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• Strong JavaScript programming skills.
• Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
• Flow Designer and Workflow Automation.
• Service Catalog and Service Portal.
• REST API and SOAP API Integrations.
• ServiceNow CMDB and Configuration Management.
• ACLs, Roles, Groups, and User Access Management.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform upgrades and integrations.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) / Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
