About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to support a large, established Australian organisation. This is a long-term, 100% remote opportunity based in the Philippines, working within an established enterprise ServiceNow environment.
You’ll remain hands-on while taking ownership of ServiceNow solutions, working directly with stakeholders and contributing to the ongoing improvement of the platform and development practices.
What You’ll Be Doing
Design, develop and enhance ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalogue, workflows and automation.
Develop client and server-side solutions using JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Glide APIs and Flow Designer.
Build and support integrations using REST APIs and ServiceNow integration capabilities.
Work with business and technical stakeholders to turn requirements into practical, maintainable solutions.
Troubleshoot platform issues, contribute to code reviews and help improve development practices across the team.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, ideally within an enterprise environment.
Strong ServiceNow ITSM experience across modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge and Service Catalogue.
Hands-on CMDB experience, including CI relationships and data quality.
Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting capability, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes and Glide APIs.
Experience with Flow Designer and REST API integrations.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and English communication skills, with the confidence to work directly with technical and business stakeholders.
Nice to Have
CSDM, ITOM, Discovery or Service Mapping experience.
ITAM, Employee Center, Service Portal, Virtual Agent or Now Assist exposure.
ServiceNow CSA, CAD or relevant CIS certifications.
Experience working with Australian or international stakeholders
About You
You’re an experienced, hands-on ServiceNow Developer who enjoys solving problems and building solutions that work well for the business.
You’re comfortable working independently in a 100% remote environment, communicating directly with Australian stakeholders and contributing your ideas on how the ServiceNow platform can be improved.
