Senior ServiceNow Developer

About the role

Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, GlideScript, and platform APIs. Build and enhance modules (ITSM, ITAM, HR, Finance, etc.) according to business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, GlideScript, and platform APIs

• Build and enhance modules (ITSM, ITAM, HR, Finance, etc.) according to business requirements

• Implement integrations with third-party systems and manage API development

• Optimize database queries, workflows, and performance

• Conduct code reviews and establish development standards

• Troubleshoot technical issues and support production environments

• Mentor junior developers and document technical solutions

• Collaborate with functional teams and business analysts on implementation details

About you

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience

• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, REST/SOAP APIs

• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow application development and customization

• Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

• ServiceNow CSA and/or Certified Application Developer certification (preferred)

• Experience with Agile development methodologies (preferred)

• Knowledge of database design and SQL (preferred)

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (preferred)
