Senior ServiceNow Platform Architect – Australia (Remote)

Delivery Centric is seeking a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead enterprise platform architecture, governance, application development, and integration initiatives. This strategic and hands-on role focuses on scalable ServiceNow solutions and digital workflow transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Architecture & Governance: Define enterprise-wide architecture standards, governance frameworks, platform roadmaps, reusable architecture patterns, and development standards. Lead architecture reviews and act as the technical authority for platform decisions.
• App Engine & Enterprise Applications: Design and implement applications using App Engine, develop reusable frameworks and components, support low-code/no-code development, and drive workflow automation and digital transformation.
• Portal & Experience Architecture: Architect Employee Center, Service Portal, Service Provider Portal (SPP), and custom portals. Define self-service and user experience strategies and drive portal modernization.
• Workspace Solutions: Design and implement Agent Workspace and Configurable Workspaces, optimize agent productivity and user experience, and establish workspace governance standards.
• Integration Architecture: Design secure, scalable, reusable integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and event-driven architectures. Support integrations with SAP, Salesforce, Azure, Workday, and other enterprise platforms.
• Technical Leadership: Guide architects, technical leads, and developers; lead technical workshops and design sessions; review solution designs and implementation strategies; mentor teams on ServiceNow best practices; and support presales and solutioning activities.

Mandatory Skills

• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, including platform architecture, solution design, and technical leadership.
• ServiceNow Platform Architecture, Application Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, and Platform Governance
• App Engine, Flow Designer, Scoped Applications, and Catalog Management
• Service Portal, Employee Center, Agent Workspace / Configurable Workspace, and UI Builder
• IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers
• JavaScript, Upgrade-Safe Development, and Solution Design

Preferred Skills

• Service Provider Portal (SPP), Employee Center Pro, and Advanced UI Builder
• Generative AI / Now Assist, App Engine Studio, and Automation Center
• Platform Analytics, Service Operations Workspace, and Customer Service Workspace

Certifications

• Mandatory: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Strongly Preferred: Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (any ServiceNow Workflow)
• Highly Desirable: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA), App Engine certifications, and Employee Center / UI Builder certifications
