- Leadership of SharePoint migrations and modernization initiatives
- Design of collaboration and content architectures aligned with Microsoft best practices
- Provision of guidance on governance, security, compliance, and information architecture
- Collaboration with internal teams and acting as a trusted technical advisor to customers
- 10+ years of experience with enterprise customers in consulting, implementation, or technical delivery
- Strong expertise in SharePoint Server, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Power Platform
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 integration
- Solid understanding of hybrid environments, identity, and governance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Experience with migration tools and Power Platform integration
- Microsoft Teams knowledge
- Relevant Microsoft certifications such as MS-102 and MS-700
- Participation in full-cycle and diverse international projects
