Job Summary
Lead and manage a team responsible for BAU operations and enhancements of Income's applications on Power Platform and SharePoint Online, driving sustainable and scalable solution architecture and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team to deliver BAU operations and enhancements for Income's applications on Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate) and SharePoint Online (SPFX)
- Design sustainable and scalable solutions as a solution architect to meet business needs
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including business users, to align solutions with requirements
- Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET (C#), ASP.NET MVC, SPFX, GraphAPI, Node.js, React.js, Typescript, HTML5, CSS, and JSON RESTful APIs
- Build backend services using DotNET C#, preferably with DotNET 6/8 frameworks
- Architect, administer, deploy, and migrate Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online environments
- Develop and deploy custom applications using Visual Studio, C#, PowerShell scripts, Event Receivers, Timer Jobs, Master Pages, and SPFX components
- Implement, maintain, and support Microsoft 365 business solutions including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, and related technologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize adoption and usage of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions
- Prioritize and manage tasks effectively across projects and operational duties
- Communicate technical and non-technical information clearly through strong written and verbal presentations
- Work independently with minimal supervision to meet project and operational goals
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience with Copilot Studio and AvePoint tools
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Key Vault
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, or PL-400)
- Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-900, AZ-104, or AZ-204)
