Senior Simcorp Business Analyst
Summary
Leads SimCorp Dimension platform transition for IBOR and reconciliation, collaborating with tech teams to improve workflows, implement Equity IBOR, and integrate corporate actions while ensuring data model alignment.
We are looking for a Senior SimCorp Business Analyst to bring deep product knowledge, practical experience of how SimCorp works, and technical understanding to collaborate with technology teams, review workflows, and recommend improvements. This role will support the transition from NeoX/NeoSam to SimCorp Dimension as the strategic IBOR platform, with a current focus on Equity IBOR implementation, corporate actions integration, and reconciliation setup using SimCorp REC.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with technology teams to review workflows and recommend improvements
- Support product managers across IBOR and reconciliation to better understand the platform
- Help product managers make informed solution decisions
- Identify gaps versus enhancements within the platform
- Drive the replacement of NeoX/NeoSam with SimCorp Dimension as the strategic IBOR platform
- Lead the Equity IBOR implementation
- Support corporate actions integration
- Set up reconciliation using SimCorp REC
- Conduct requirements gathering, including data mapping
- Ensure a clear understanding of the SimCorp core IBOR data model
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with SimCorp Dimension in an implementation or business analyst capacity
- End-to-end implementation and migration experience with SimCorp
- Hands-on experience with SimCorp implementation, including requirements gathering and data mapping
- Understanding of the SimCorp core IBOR data model
- Knowledge of IBOR, corporate actions integration, and reconciliation processes
- Familiarity with SimCorp REC
- Advanced proficiency in English (B2+/C1)
