Senior Site Engineer
Roles & Responsibilities
• Report to Construction Manager / Project Manager.
• Take ownership of the planning, supervision, and quality control of key trade works — Bored Pile, ERSS (Sheet Pile, D-Wall), Ground Improvement, and RC works — executed by Sub-contractors.
• Lead coordination with LTA and other authorities on technical and site-related matters.
• Review and manage Sub-contractors' work programmes, method statements, and resources to ensure timely and compliant execution.
• Proactively identify site constraints and technical issues, propose solutions, and escalate where necessary.
• Ensure works comply with contract specifications, safety regulations, and relevant authority requirements.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (or higher).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil construction projects.
• Prior working experience on LTA projects is required.
• Hands-on experience in Bored Pile, ERSS (Sheet Pile, D-Wall), Ground Improvement, and RC works strongly preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
