Position Overview

As a site manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall maintenance of commercial properties. You will lead and manage a team of janitorial staff, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple client sites, ensuring high standards of service delivery and compliance.

• Lead, train, and manage a geographically distributed team, including site managers and frontline staff.

• Conduct regular site visits (travel required up to 60%) to ensure service quality, client satisfaction, and team support.

• Implement and monitor operational procedures, safety practices, and performance standards across all sites.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, maintaining strong relationships and resolving issues promptly.

• Coordinate staffing needs, hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning in collaboration with local managers.

• Prepare and analyze performance data, budgets, and operational reports for executive leadership.

• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and cost control.
