Operations Manager / Site Manager Position SummaryThe Operations Manager oversees daily operations for a medium to large site or multiple client locations, leading a team responsible for services such as mail, print, copy, courier, imaging, hospitality, and managed services. This role ensures service excellence, client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team development while meeting contractual and SLA requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage daily site operations and a team of direct reports.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), operational standards, and client expectations.
- Drive customer satisfaction through strong client relationships and continuous service improvement.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, develop, and retain employees while managing performance and succession planning.
- Monitor operational metrics, conduct business reviews, and implement process improvements to enhance quality and productivity.
- Partner with clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver solutions.
- Lead change management initiatives and foster a positive, high-performing team culture.
- Identify operational risks, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 5+ years of experience in operations, business services, technical services, or a related field.
- 2+ years of leadership or management experience preferred.
- 5+ years of customer-facing experience required.
- Strong technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office 365.
