Job Offer: Senior Site Manager
What you'll do
- Integral management of works from planning to final delivery, guaranteeing quality, deadlines, and customer satisfaction.
- Technical analysis of the project and review of measurements to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Strategic planning of the project, analyzing economic and temporal aspects to define resources and strategies.
- Coordination and leadership of the site team (production managers, foremen, supervisors, operators, and subcontractors).
- Selection and management of suppliers and subcontractors.
- Supervision of occupational risk prevention, quality, and environment.
- Economic control of the works and cost monitoring, optimizing resources.
- Agile resolution of incidents and compliance with project deadlines.

We are looking for a Senior Site Manager with solid experience in the management of building projects within Spanish territory, who is prepared to take on new challenges and lead unique works from start to finish. We especially value a strategic vision, leadership capacity, and a firm commitment to technical excellence and quality in every phase of the construction process.
Profile requirements
- Minimum experience: 10 years as a Site Manager in residential or industrial building projects within Spanish territory.
- Education: Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Public Works (or equivalent).
- Valuable knowledge:
- Planning methodologies such as Last Planner System (LPS).
- Handling of BIM tools.
- Certifications in sustainability (LEED, BREEAM, etc.).
- Driver's license and availability to travel around Barcelona and the surrounding areas.
