Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Salary: £75,000 - 90,000 per year

• Hands-on experience with Azure, Kubernetes and Terraform
• A Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) background, including responsibility for running live services
• Experience with microservices, containers and API management
• Full-stack monitoring and observability experience
• Experience with DevOps, pipelines, releases and automation
• Experience working in a large organisation with established processes
• Confidence working with stakeholders, leading improvements and supporting colleagues
• Bicep, Azure DevOps, IT Service Management, ServiceNow and financial services experience would be useful

• Keep systems healthy, reliable and ready to handle growing demand
• Resolve incidents and keep colleagues and stakeholders informed
• Improve monitoring, automate routine work and make releases safer
• Work with engineering and delivery teams to tackle problems and manage risk
• Guide colleagues and represent SRE across our wider business
• Take a build it, own it, run it approach, staying accountable for service health and helping improve system performance, scalability and recovery

Were hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join a major financial services organisation. The role is based in London with a hybrid arrangement and one day a week onsite.
