Senior Site Supervisor

1. Assist Project Manager/Engineer to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time
2. Support Project Manager/Engineer through coordination, follow-up and reporting the progress and quality of the overall project
3. In-charge of leading and managing the installation team to ensure safe, high quality and complete-on-time delivery of organization's project and solutions
4. Responsible for effective site administration which include site safety and control of materials / plants on site
5. Ensure that all Safety compliances and processes are adhered to by all workers
6. Assist to manage and monitor site operation, workers and sub-contractors
7. Responsible for coordination and supervision to ensure works are carried out efficiently and on schedule
8. Able to communicate to all level and attend site meeting on a daily basis
9. Perform any other duties as assigned by Project Manager / Engineer

Competencies :

1. Minimum 6 years experience
2. Able to read and understand technical drawings
3. Analyze data for significant trends or potential issues
4. Knowledge of construction materials
