Oversee daily operations of an HDB construction project, leading a team to execute rebar and formwork works while coordinating with contractors and ensuring safety and quality standards.
Manage day to day operation of construction project (HDB Project RC Sub-contractor),
Lead team of supervisors and workers to carry out the contruction of building structure works (Rebar and formwork works) on site according to maincon's schedule, safety and quality requirement. Coordination with main contractor and resolve all site matters.
Preparation of bar bending schedule, planning and scheduling, manage RC labour workers.
Hard working, hands on and independant.
