Senior Site Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Able to liaise with the consultants and subcontractors.
2. Demonstrates the competencies required to fulfil the responsibilities of a construction supervisor at site.
3. Coordination and supervision of the structural technical aspects of construction Supervision of site building works.
4. Able to oversee the day-to-day operations at the site.
5. Oversee and provide guidance on the day-to-day operations and ensure adherence to standard operational procedures.
6. Able to monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
7. Able to take up other ad hoc duties and tasks.
8. Demonstrated expertise in rebar work, with proficiency in reading technical drawings.

Competencies:

1. Minimum 6 years experience
2. Able to read and understand technical drawings.
3. Analyze data for significant trends or potential issues.
4. Knowledge of construction materials.
