Senior Smart Contract Developer
You will help guide overall strategy through design, prototyping, and market research. You will report directly to the head of technology, manage a team of five technologists, provide regular feedback and support, resolve day-to-day support requests, partner with marketing to communicate brand value, balance speed and quality, and present your roadmap at company-wide check-ins.

Requirements
- Experience with or strong interest in crypto, DAOs, and web3
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to execute faster than most people think is possible
- Entrepreneurial self-starter with project management skills
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
- UX experience
- Ability to make architectural decisions and lead technically as the organization scales
- Experience with React, GraphQL, SQL, and ethers.js or web3.js
- Experience reading and writing Solidity smart contracts
- Familiarity with smart contract security pitfalls
