Senior SMM + KOLs Specialist

You will build and manage X Telegram and Reddit from strategy through daily publishing. You will create threads memes visuals product teasers and launch campaigns for a crypto-native audience translate technical topics into accessible content engage the DeFi community manage crisis communications collaborate with KOLs and use growth data to refine the strategy.

Responsibilities

• Build and run X Telegram and Reddit channels
• Create threads memes visuals product teasers and launch campaigns
• Translate complex technical topics into social content
• Engage the DeFi community and manage crisis communications
• Find and collaborate with crypto KOLs
• Track growth engagement and mentions and adjust strategy

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing
• 1–2 years of experience in DeFi or crypto
• Track record growing X and Telegram channels for Web3 projects
• Hands-on crypto crisis communications experience
• Deep understanding of DeFi swaps aggregators cross-chain MEV intent-centric protocols and security
• Native understanding of crypto-Twitter tone
• Written English at B2+ level
• Ability to define strategy independently and execute hands-on
• Active personal crypto-X presence Dune or Figma experience is a plus
