Senior Software / AI Engineer

Open 33d

You'll help architect and ship the AI systems powering all of Eunice's product lines. This isn't a "thin AI wrapper" role - you'll be rebuilding financial decision-making infrastructure from first principles. You'll work across the stack (backend/frontend/data/AI), initially focusing on 1-2 areas where you're strongest, with the goal of developing versatility across all domains. You'll own big pieces of the system, ship fast, and obsess over quality as an elite individual contributor with AI leverage.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement core components of the proprietary AI system
  • Own end-to-end delivery: build, test, deploy, and maintain key features or entire product lines
  • Rapidly prototype new capabilities while maintaining production-grade quality standards
  • Participate in architecture reviews, retrospectives, and product strategy discussions
  • Contribute across domains: application layer (frontend/backend), data pipelines, or AI infrastructure

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong computer science fundamentals
  • Deep expertise in at least one language (Python, TypeScript/Node, Go preferred) and comfort learning others
  • System design proficiency – enjoy architecting scalable, robust systems and thinking through trade-offs
  • Quality obsession – ship fast but never settle for brittle code; build for extensibility and scale
  • Ownership mentality – comfortable with ambiguity, making calls, and being accountable for outcomes
  • Versatility – backend-strong but willing to touch frontend, data, or AI when the problem demands it
  • Experience building systems around crypto/blockchain data (bonus)
  • Experience with AI-native architectures (agents, LLM orchestration, evaluation pipelines) (bonus)

Benefits

  • Visa sponsorship available
