Senior Software & AI Engineer (Noida) Company: IntellyLabs Technology Job Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 5 - 7 years About the Role: Intelly Labs Technologies is looking for a skilled Senior Software Engineer - AI to build production-grade AI applications, agentic workflows, and enterprise AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have solid Python development skills, hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), and expertise in developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop production-ready AI applications, LLM-powered services, and agentic AI workflows. Build scalable backend services and automation using Python. Implement RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search solutions. Integrate LLMs and AI services with enterprise systems using REST APIs, OData APIs, and SQL. Develop AI agents with tool calling, function calling, and workflow orchestration capabilities. Evaluate and optimize AI application quality, performance, reliability, and scalability. Collaborate with US-based AI leadership on solution architecture and engineering best practices. Mentor junior AI engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical guidance. Required Skills: 5 - 7 years of overall software engineering experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on AI engineering experience. Strong proficiency in Python and production-grade software development. Experience integrating LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini. Hands-on experience building agentic AI applications using Lang Chain, Llama Index, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent frameworks. Strong understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, vector stores, and tool/function calling. Experience building RESTful APIs and integrating AI applications with databases and enterprise systems. Understanding of AI evaluation, debugging, monitoring, and performance optimization. Experience mentoring junior engineers or providing technical guidance. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, including the ability to collaborate with international teams. Preferred Skills: Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or Power Platform. Enterprise ERP integrations and business workflow automation. AI observability, evaluation, and monitoring tools.
