You collaborate with international multidisciplinary R&D teams and external engineering partners to turn complex clinical roadmaps into scalable software. Your key responsibilities: - Translate complex software roadmaps into robust architectural designs and implementation plans. - Embed and guide external scrum teams during early prototyping and product lifecycle execution. - Architect high-performance software utilizing modern C++ and dynamic 3D rendering engines. - De-risk technical designs early in development to ensure seamless deployment on the Philips Azurion platform. - Participate actively in Agile ceremonies to elevate engineering practices and platform delivery. Functie-eisen You are successful as a C++ Software Architect - 3D Medical Imaging if: - You hold a Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or an equivalent discipline. - You have at least 10 years of experience in software engineering, including a minimum of 3 years as a Software Architect, Technical Product Owner, or Staff Engineer in an agile environment. - You possess proven hands-on experience with C++ 20, modern Clean Architecture principles, TDD, and SOLID design patterns. - You have demonstrated experience with 3D rendering using DirectX or OpenGL and computational geometry algorithms.
