Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs using modern programming languages and frameworks. Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to best practices in software development. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability, addressing performance bottlenecks. Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development. Strong proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, Go) and relevant frameworks. Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL and No SQL), caching mechanisms, and distributed systems. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
