Senior Software Developer C++

Introduction & Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer with a strong background in C++ development, specifically within the automotive domain. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Adaptive Autosar functionality and expertise in implementing driver monitoring applications on Qualcomm QNX platforms. This role requires a proactive mindset and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.

Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• C++ Development of different modules using appropriate design patterns.
• Develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to identify requirements and solutions.
• Write well-designed, testable code.
• Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility.
• Integrate software components into a fully functional software system.
• Document and maintain software functionality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback.
• Comply with project plans and industry standards.
• Ensure software is updated with the latest features.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics/Computer Science/Electrical Electronics.
• M.Tech or M.Sc. in Electronics/Instrumentation.
• More than 5 years of experience in Automotive C++ development and automation framework design.
• Strong Object-Oriented Design skills.
• Strong experience in C/C++ (CPP 17, 23), VC++ programming skills.
• Experience on Qualcomm QNX/Linux based platforms, especially Qualcomm SA8255/7255.
• Application algorithm development skills.
• Hands-on experience in various IPC mechanisms such as shared memory, message queue, and sockets.
• Experience in implementing multi-threaded applications.
• Knowledge of different design patterns: Structural, Behavioral, and Creational.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Security algorithms - Open SSL, RSA.
• Experience working in Scrum teams using Agile methodology.
