We’re looking for Software Developers ( C# / .NET ) who will play a vital role in developing, customising, and optimising platforms while integrating modern frameworks and AI-powered tools.
The Bare Essentials
Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of C#, .NET, Angular development experience
Experience working with APIs, web services, database design, and performance optimisation
Proficiency using AI-powered tools such as Cursor AI, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Grok
Experience collaborating with designers using Figma
Ability to build scalable, secure, and user-centric applications
Strong debugging, optimisation, and documentation skills
Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced, multinational environments
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
X-Factors (Nice to Have)
Experience delivering custom solutions for enterprise or large-scale users
Background in a digital agency or e-learning–focused projects
Exposure to multinational or Australian clients
Experience with AI-enhanced learning tools or analytics
Hackathon wins, certifications, or community recognition
