Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Java Developer to join our technology team. The incumbent will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable and high-performance applications in alignment with organizational objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of Java frameworks, application architecture, and software development best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement enterprise-level applications using Java and related technologies.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements.

  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, micro services, and integrations with third-party systems.

  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and performance guidelines.

  • Lead code reviews, provide technical mentorship to junior developers, and ensure quality deliverables.

  • Perform system analysis, debugging, and performance optimization.

  • Contribute to architectural discussions and recommend improvements in processes and technology adoption.

  • Maintain clear and concise technical documentation.



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.Minimum

  • 8+years of professional experience in Java/J2EE development.Strong proficiency with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security).

  • Solid experience with RESTful services, Micro services architecture, and ORM frameworks (Hibernate, JPA).

  • Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL).

  • Familiarity with build tools (Maven/Gradle), CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).

  • Excellent understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.Proven ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
