What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement robust APIs and microservices that enhance the functionality and performance of our applications.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices, providing constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating new tools and methodologies into the development process.
• Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to help them grow their skills and advance their careers.
• Participate in agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to improve team efficiency.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for software applications, ensuring clarity and ease of use for future developers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on full-stack technologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, along with experience in frameworks like React, Angular, or Node.js.
• Solid understanding of database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies, particularly Agile and Scrum practices.
