IGrow Wealth Investments Group of Companies , proudly positioned as South Africa's leading property investment company , is looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer with a strong marketing technology (Mar Tech), digital marketing, or customer acquisition background to join our growing technology team.

Develop and own high-performance marketing and customer-facing platforms, including CRM integrations, lead generation systems, customer portals, analytics dashboards, and conversion-focused web applications. Collaborate with marketing, AI, digital, and executive teams to deliver scalable solutions that drive customer acquisition, automate processes, improve conversions, and enhance the digital customer experience from concept through deployment.

Duties & Responsibilities

Bachelor's Degree (BSc) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field.

Experience

Minimum 8 years of professional software development experience. Proven experience building production web applications. Strong background in marketing technology, digital marketing platforms, CRM systems or customer acquisition technology. Experience developing customer-facing applications with measurable business impact. Experience integrating marketing platforms and third-party APIs. Experience working in Agile software development teams. Experience working within Git-based development workflows.

Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Marketing Technology Development Design and develop digital platforms that improve lead generation and customer acquisition. Build customer-facing web applications focused on increasing engagement and conversion. Develop technology that supports the complete customer acquisition journey. Build systems that automate marketing workflows. Develop CRM integrations and customer data synchronisation. Improve digital customer experiences across multiple touchpoints. Build reporting dashboards that provide marketing performance insights. Develop tools that improve campaign management and lead tracking. Integrate marketing automation platforms and customer communication systems. Work closely with marketing teams to improve digital performance. Software Development Design, build and maintain full-stack applications. Translate business requirements into scalable software solutions. Develop React frontend interfaces. Build RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express. Design and optimise Postgre SQL databases. Build reusable components and shared libraries. Maintain existing applications while introducing new functionality. Write clean, maintainable and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews. Mentor junior developers where required. Third-Party Integrations - Develop and maintain integrations including: Pay Fast payment gateway. Transactional email services. CRM platforms. Marketing automation tools. Analytics platforms. AI services. Internal business systems. External REST APIs. Dev Ops & Deployment Manage Docker environments. Support CI/CD deployments using Git Hub Actions. Maintain production and staging environments. Configure reverse proxy infrastructure. Monitor application performance. Improve deployment reliability. Quality & Security Implement secure coding standards. Perform application testing. Resolve production issues. Reduce technical debt. Improve application performance. Maintain high coding standards. Ensure compliance with security best practices.
