Senior Software Developer - Full Stack

Builds and integrates healthcare software using React, Java Spring Boot, and FHIR/HL7 standards for a Toronto-based client.
Our Toronto client is hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer for an 8-month hybrid contract.
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of experience integrating with hospital information systems such as Epic, Cerner, and MEDITECH
- Strong expertise in SMART on FHIR, FHIR APIs, HL7v2, OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, and secure healthcare integrations
- Hands-on experience with Mirth Integration Engine, including HL7 message routing, transformation, validation, and production support
- Experience with ReactJS, Java Spring Boot, microservices, and REST APIs
- Experience integrating clinical scheduling, patient/provider context, encounter workflows, and healthcare data exchange
- Experience designing secure, scalable, accessible, and maintainable healthcare applications
