Senior Software Developer

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Software Developer (Java) to join our development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise applications while ensuring high performance, scalability, security, and reliability. This role requires strong technical expertise in Java technologies, system integration, and software development best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications and services.

Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable software solutions.

Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, web services, and system integrations.

Participate in system architecture design, technical reviews, and solution planning.

Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Conduct unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and production issues.

Collaborate with Project Managers, System Analysts, Tester teams, and other stakeholders.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation and deployment guides.

Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the development team.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Java application development.

Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Hibernate/JPA.

Experience in developing RESTful APIs and Microservices Architecture.

Strong understanding of relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.

Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.
