Senior Software Developer in Test
Ciklum is looking for a Senior Software Developer in Test to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

About the role:
As a Senior Software Developer in Test, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. Our Client is transforming how organizations protect data centers and cloud environments. Our team is made up of skilled engineers who inspire and drive continuous innovation. We are looking for an SDET to partner with the best, helping us drive quality across our complex distributed systems while influencing modern engineering practices. In this position, you will build comprehensive, end-to-end automated testing infrastructures. You will collaborate with exceptional developers and architects across the Company to ensure seamless integration, robust software quality, and streamlined communication throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Automation Solutions: Create and maintain robust automation tools within an extensive and varied Python codebase
- Implement Frameworks: Design and implement scalable automated testing frameworks to guarantee software reliability across multiple platforms
- Leverage Modern Tech: Utilize cutting-edge infrastructure and tools, including Kubernetes, Docker, MongoDB, ClickHouse, and various public cloud platforms
- Drive Quality & Integration: Partner with cross-functional teams to shape testing strategies, drive quality initiatives, and ensure seamless feature integration
Requirements:
- Experience & Ownership: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in software engineering, with the ability to own and build scalable automated testing infrastructures from start to finish
- Programming Expertise: Hands-on experience building test automation using Python (or a similar object-oriented programming language)
- System Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise working with both Linux and Windows operating systems
- Networking & Architecture: Deep understanding of computer networking concepts and highly practical experience testing complex distributed systems
