Senior Software Developer (Mandarin Speaker)

The ideal candidate is an experienced and technically strong software professional who will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions that support business objectives. This role will be responsible for leading technical initiatives, improving system performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient applications. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications based on business requirements
• Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on software architecture, system design, and development best practices
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry standards and coding guidelines
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and development practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across development and production environments
• Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
• Participate in software design, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, processes, and user guides
• Mentor junior developers by providing technical guidance, coaching, and knowledge sharing
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and efficiency

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development or related technical roles
• Strong experience in software design, development lifecycle, and application architecture
• Experience with databases, APIs, cloud platforms, and software development tools is an advantage
• Strong understanding of coding best practices, version control, testing methodologies, and deployment processes
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
• Experience in mentoring or leading junior developers is preferred
